The creator of NekoChat assumes ZERO liability for: (a) content generated by AI models; (b) any costs incurred through OpenRouter API key usage; (c) data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access; (d) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this Service.
Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. The AI strictly prohibits generating illegal, harmful, abusive, or unethical content.
Privacy
NekoChat runs entirely in your browser. Your chats, settings, and API keys are stored locally via localStorage and IndexedDB and never transmitted to our servers. Anonymous analytics (Google Analytics) track feature usage only. The free tier uses a shared proxy with daily IP-based rate limits. No personal data is collected, sold, or shared with third parties.
You can delete all local data anytime in Settings → Advanced → Delete All.
Terms of Use
By accessing or using NekoChat you agree to be bound by these terms. Free tier: limited messages per day per IP. Premium tier: higher daily limits per license code. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, share license codes, or use the Service for illegal purposes. You are solely responsible for your API key usage and associated costs with OpenRouter.
You must be 13+ to use this Service; 18+ features require self-certification. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
